Sway is originally from Wyoming but now considers herself Colorado Native-ish as her love for the Colorado weather is beyond. Her loves in life are her two sons (doggies) Walls and Marty, family, being a Doula, taking care of Children, libraries and PURE BARRE.
She took her first PureBarre class in 2010 whilst she was getting her teaching degree and she was hooked. She started teaching shortly after that and has been teaching on and off since. Pure barre is and will always be her first choice for a work-out regime. It’s a beautiful sight to see when Women are uplifting other Women.
