Holly's start with Pure Barre came by way of a running injury. Finding Pure Barre more effective than PT, her running regimen soon fell by the wayside and Pure Barre became an actual way of life! From hitting the 500 club right after attending teacher training to taking two years off to heal from 7 (!!!) surgeries, Pure Barre has been the main source of exercise, friendships, community support, and even challenges since that freezing January day in 2015 when she first stepped into a studio. Drawing on her experience as a client, Holly hopes you leave class feeling seen, valued, and knowing that the effort you exert in class is always enough.
