I began my Pure Barre journey in Roanoke, VA in March of 2021 and started teaching in Fairfax this Jul 2023. My love for Pure Barre stems from how each class is challenging, ever changing, and it also gives you the space to focus on your mental stamina. My favorite format would have to be Align, I love how you can get a workout in, but also have the opportunity to focus on balancing and stretching.
