Lauren
Lauren’s Pure Barre journey as a client, began in 2016 and it soon became her favorite place to be. In 2018 she joined the Flower Mound sales team and in 2020 she decided to take the leap to step behind the mic. Lauren teaches Classic, Align, Empower and Define with her favorites being Empower and Define.
Lauren works as a Dyslexia Therapist and when she isn’t in the studio she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, shopping, antiquing, going to concerts and traveling.
Lauren fell in love with Pure Barre not only because it helped her become a stronger person mentally and physically, it gave her the confidence to empower others to feel the same.
