Allison
Allison is a Southern California native who has always been drawn to the art of movement. After many years of dance it just made sense to pursue a path in Pilates and Barre.
Over the course of Allison’s teaching career she has delved deeper into the understanding of proper biomechanics, especially regarding injury prevention.
She continues to strengthen her craft by working with a phenomenal clientele that is not only strong but also mindful in movement.
Allison resides in Huntington Beach with her husband, 2 daughters & two dogs.
