DC area born and raised, Lauren found Pure Barre almost a decade ago. Addicted to running previously, it was love at first tuck. The workout, the music and the community kept her coming back and a little over two years ago, she decided to become a teacher. She is certified in Pure Barre Classic and Pure Barre Empower. Her love for Pure Barre only grows stronger with time. Outside of Pure Barre, Lauren works as a pediatric nurse practitioner and spends time with Holly, Sabrina and Leena (her 3 Golden Retrievers). Holly also loves to frequent the barre - you may catch her working behind the front desk while Lauren is teaching!
