Frances Flinn (she/her)

I was born and raised in Bellingham, WA and moved to Seattle for nursing school. I now work as an RN at Seattle Children’s. In my spare time I love to stay active and move my body. I discovered pure barre through one of my best friends (and fellow barre instructor) Emma Cunningham! When I finished a long workday and came to class, it left me feeling fulfilled. I love that Pure Barre can be both a space to restore, and a space to energize and challenge myself. Becoming a Pure Barre WA instructor has been such a great way to connect with people. I love sharing a workout that I’m passionate about with others. I hope to create a space where clients can feel confident and challenged whether they’ve taken 1 class or 1000! --- Upbeat, Inviting, Direct
