Kara

Kara is our Classic Pure Barre queen. She has been teaching since 2010 and used to work for Pure Barre corporate! Her favorite part of class is a tie between side seat and ab work. Kara is a mom to her daughter Alex. She loves snowboarding and is a pescatarian. Her advice to anyone starting Pure Barre: Remember that it is a practice, like yoga. Regardless of your fitness level when you start, your understanding and mastery of the technique will deepen with time and dedication. There is no final destination. It is literally entirely about the journey and the growth in strength and flexibility. Some days you will be stronger than others, somedays you wont. That's normal, expected and healthy. Work with where you are right now as you focus on building strength and developing your mind/body connection.
