Our Pure Barre studio in Flower Mound, TX, offers full-body workouts that helps you build strength and confidence. We're proud to serve the surrounding communities of Argyle, Coppell, Lewisville and Keller. Our facility is right at the corner of Dixon and FM 2499.
Pure Barre incorporates the ballet barre to help you increase your flexibility and sculpt your muscles. We use isometric exercises paired with upbeat music to give you a high-intensity but low-impact workout. Each class starts with a warmup to prepare your mind and your body. You will then begin the exercises that will target certain muscle groups. These exercises will help you to tighten and tone your arms, abs, thighs, and seat. You will leave the class feeling invigorated yet relaxed.
Our Pure Barre teachers provide an inviting and energetic environment. They will guide you in our technique form, and challenge you to get the most out of your workout. Start out with our Pure Barre Classic class that introduces all of the traditional techniques to help you become stronger.
