Hi, I'm Heather! I'm a South Florida Native with a passion for ballet, wine, theme parks, and Florida State Football. I hold a B.F.A. in Dance from FSU and have over 15 years of experience teaching dance. Other than the socks, my favorite part of Pure Barre is the accountability to be present for at least an hour of your day. I have been serving the shakes since 2019 and I'm trained in all formats.
