My best friend introduced me to Pure Barre in 2018 just weeks before I was diagnosed with chronic conditions that restricted me from high-impact exercise. Since then, Pure Barre has been my go-to workout for maintaining my physical and mental health and in a positive and fun environment! After moving from New York to the East Bay in 2022, I joined the Pleasanton team as an instructor to help others find strength and confidence through the Pure Barre experience. Outside of the studio, I work full-time as a physicist and enjoy skiing, paddleboarding, and exploring the Bay Area with my boyfriend and our rescue puppy.
