Pure Barre has been my ‘constant’ since I took my first class in 2016. After taking the first few Pure Barre classes, I experienced the change my body was looking for that the high-intensity cardio workouts couldn’t offer. Over time, I also discovered the power of driving mind-body connection with intentional body movements. PB helped me through my 2 pregnancies and postpartum to build my core strength and correct my body posture in an effective way. I’m now excited to be a teacher so I can share the PB benefits that have helped me in so many ways. I look forward to seeing you at the studio 🙂
