Shauna teaches Classic and Reform! She has been taking since 2018 and teaching since 2020. Her favorite part of class is seatwork!
Shauna is a mom to 3 boys with a girl on the way! She is married to James Dean and is also a travel advisor.
Her advice to those starting Pure Barre: Give it time. I always say there is a never ending opportunity for growth with Pure Barre. Stick with it and be kind to yourself. Also listen to your instructors cues! They are invaluable when it comes to perfecting the technique.
