Where are you originally from?
Originally from Corbin, Kentucky. After a lot of moving around with my husband, including Fargo, North Dakota, we settled in Winston Salem 19 years ago.
How did your Pure Barre Journey Start?
As a client 10 years ago. Three years ago I inquired about becoming an instructor and have never looked back!

10 years a client, 3 years as instructor
What is your favorite part about Pure Barre?
Community!! And the challenge each class brings. It really is true, “Pure Barre never gets easier, you just get stronger!”
What is your favorite class format?
Hard to choose a favorite! Depends on the day;)
What do you do when you aren’t at Pure Barre (other jobs/hobbies, etc)
You can find me walking or cuddling my best fur baby, Buddy, or with my husband of 27 years, Greg. We are busy raising two fine young men, Jay (21) and Mason (16). My favorite and longest lasting hobby is knitting and crochet. I’m a “Fiber Artist”! Other hobbies include reading (give me all fiction recommendations!) and exercise.

What is one fun fact about yourself that you’d like to share? Give me a library book over a Kindle, or even new paperback, anytime. I love the way a library book smells, the way it sounds when you open it and the weight in my hand.
